The Edinburgh day was well attended by people involved in a
wide range of campaigns, groups and networks.
In small groups, people worked on actual trainings and meetings they
wanted to run - one was for the Big Blether AGM that evening!
Others included: feminist responses to the G8, direct action
trainings and forming a Scottish Permaculture Network.
Throughout the day the trainers introduced lots of ideas to
enliven any kind of 'training event', and to help improve
preparation. Even more effective was how people who
attended shared experiences and ideas.
It was felt by all (& shown in the feedback) to be a positive and
productive day.
